Refund Policy

 

New 

For all new (non vintage) items that are unwanted or do not fit as intended we are happy to offer a return with refund or store credit. The return request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item/s. Items must me unworn, unwashed and still have tags attached. 

Vintage 

For all vintage items that are unwanted or do not fit as intended we are happy to offer a return for store credit. The return request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving the item/s. Tags must still be on the item.

The vast majority of the vintage products we sell are in second hand condition. We endeavor to declare any distinct product faults (such as holes or marks), however it is safe to assume that most items will contain signs of general wash and wear.

Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. If the return does not reach us safely we will not be able to complete the refund. We advise that you use a tracked method for safe delivery. 

Refund

We will credit your original method of payment minus original shipping, handling and duties. Store credit details will be emailed to the email provided when the order was placed.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
